CobbWeb Creative – Unlimited Website Updates

At CobbWeb Creative, we offer unlimited website updates as part of your monthly subscription. We’re committed to providing fast, reliable, and ongoing support while maintaining fairness for all of our clients. To make this possible, we operate under a Fair Use Policy.

✅ What’s Included

As part of your plan, you can request:

  • Weekly content updates (e.g., listing additions, image/text swaps, announcements)

  • Blog post uploads (when written content is provided)

  • Minor layout tweaks (such as section rearrangement or button updates)

  • Small design refinements

  • Listing status changes (e.g., sold, pending, new)

You can make as many content updates as needed, as long as they are within reasonable use and don’t require extensive development or custom work.

⚠️ What Falls Outside of Fair Use

To keep things fair and efficient, the following types of work are not covered under this policy:

  • Full website redesigns or complete rebranding

  • Large structural changes or new custom pages

  • Custom functionality or third-party software integrations

  • High-volume data entry or mass uploads

  • Content creation (e.g., copywriting, photography, or graphic design)

  • Daily or high-frequency updates beyond weekly submissions

Requests outside of this scope may be quoted separately based on time and complexity.

🕒 Update Timelines

  • Standard Requests: Completed within 3 business days

  • Urgent Requests: Completed within 1 business day (see the policy below)

🚨 Urgent Requests Policy

We allow up to 2 urgent requests per month at no additional cost. These will be completed within 1 business day, provided they meet the following criteria:

Urgent requests must be time-sensitive, such as:

  • Listing price changes

  • Open house or event announcements

  • Sold/pending status updates

  • Critical business details (e.g., phone number, email changes)

To help us prioritize your urgent request, please include a brief explanation of why it’s time-sensitive.

If you exceed your monthly urgent request limit, the update may:

  • Be added to the standard queue (3 business days), or

  • Incur a small rush fee (you’ll be notified in advance)

📝 How to Submit Updates

  • All updates must be submitted once weekly via your shared Google Doc

  • Please include any relevant content, instructions, and files within the doc

  • Clearly label any urgent items and provide a short reason for urgency
